These terms apply to the Zenith app and this website. By creating an account you accept them.

Zenith is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Niantic, Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK or The Pokémon Company.

Your game accounts are your responsibility

Automating a game can break that game's terms of service, and the game's publisher may warn, suspend or ban the game accounts you use with Zenith. You decide which accounts you use and how. We are not responsible for any action taken against your game accounts.

Your Zenith account

• One person per account. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Each trial works on one phone at a time. Moving it to another phone follows the rules on your account page.
• Do not share, resell or try to get around licenses, trials or limits, and do not attack or overload the service.

Early access

Zenith is free while in early access. Early access software changes often and may have bugs; features can change or be removed. We will say clearly on this site before anything starts to cost money.

No warranty

Zenith is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost game accounts, items or progress.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time on the account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, for example sharing licenses or chargebacks.
